Open the base cover and insert 4 new AA batteries, then close the base cover.2. Twist the top cap and open it, fill the tank with the liquid soap or sanitizer of your choice. When the liquid level is less than 3-5 cm from the liquid outlet, stop filling the liquid. Then close the top cap by twisting and locking.3. Keep the on/off button on the top pressed for 3 seconds - you will see a red light blink - it means this unit is ON now. If you wish to turn OFF the unit keep button pressed for 3 seconds.4. When you use this unit on the first time, please close to the the liquid outlet for 2-3 times to let air bubbles escape, until the pump will dispense soap.Precautions1. If you not use the soap dispenser for a period of time, there may have some of coagulated soap inside the soap dispenser, if there are less soap, put few warm water to agitate, so it can make the soap become liquid, if this way not work, please removed coagulated soap, then add some warm water, repeated use soap dispenser, until the warm water flowing from soap dispenser to the dry, now you can clean the entire soap dispenser. 2. Please note that sometimes soap dust and impurities can clog the liquid outlet and if the soap has deteriorated inside the bottle, please replace the soap.3. If soap is too thick, may cause the soap dispenser not liquid, in order to dilute the soap, you can add a little water appropriately to agitate.4. On the first time you use the product, there may contain some water inside the bottle and the pump head, this is not a product quality issue, just the factory product testing leftover.
