Does this have the rotten eggs smell of sulfur?

No not to me, I hate the smell of boiled eggs so its nothing like that for me anyway but if your sensitive to smells u probably won’t like it as it’s not purfumed or fragranced and u do smell the Sulfur.

Can you use this lotion after putting an otc rentinol cream at night? Can you put a moisturizer with an spf over this?

It’s pretty mild in my view, you could try this with the retinol but just watch for dryness as both together may cause extra dryness as both can be drying depending on your skin type and how it reacts. Go easy. If you want you could put a moisturiser over this with spf as long as it’s not to heavy for you. I say just go light. This is moisterizing enough for me but adding spf will do not harm, make sure it’s for your skin type.
