Our daughter was studying abroad in Italy, took her to LAX, and her luggage was 53 lbs, (3lbs over limit) we were charged $100 in fees. Upon our trip to visit her, we bought this scale to check our luggage and had no surprises. We brought it with us and ended up leaving it with her for her flight home. Last week,upon leaving she checked and was 6lbs over limit and able to shuffle a few things in her carry on prior, and once at the airport came in at 49lbs for no extra charges. Scale is highly accurate, well made, travels nicely and worth its weight in gold, Highly recommend grabbing one to avoid any last minute surprises when checking luggage.

Compact and easy to use

WHAT IS IT DOING?? I cannot get this thing to read at all. The video shows me doing it one handed bc im recording but ive tried this multiple times with 2 hands and have had other people try too and we cannot get this thing to work. This luggage ended up weighing 30lbs (had to weigh it at the airport which defeats the purpose of this product) so its not like the luggage was so heavy it couldnt be read by the scale but the scale was just bugging the whole time? Its super frustrating that I ended up just having to guess the weight bc this product is broken. I looked at the FAQ and when it shows the "8888" thats when u set the weight, which i have done many times. Every time I lift it, it glitches and just turns itself off. (Mind you i barely even lifted the handle of the suitcase). Complete trash and at this point, if it is user error than this product really is just crap bc ive had so many people try to get this thing to work and if that many people cant figure it out then its just a bad product/ design.

This is great for flights and checking your luggage weight. if you don't want extra charges at the terminals then get this item. It is easy to use and super accurate. Small enough to toss in your purse, travel bag or backpack and will assure you know what everything weighs before getting to the airport. I'm sure there are many more uses for this for weight checking but definitely a must for air travel.
