StorkCraft Hoop Glider and Ottoman Cushions, Espresso with Light Gray

Had some issues when it arrived but customer care was quick to send me new parts. This chair has been a life saver for rocking my baby…. I wish it was a bit more plush but if you add extra padding to the bottom it’s great.

Not impressed across the board. Positives: The back cushion is decent and the ottoman doesn't require assembly. Negatives: Chair is very narrow and seat cushion is thin, which makes for an uncomfortable seat for tall/broad individuals. The color descriptions and pictures are highly misleading. The "espresso" color should, by name and by picture, be a dark brown. It is a medium reddish brown. It is far, far redder and brighter than anything called "espresso" should be and doesn't match the picture. The chair itself is sturdy and easy to assemble, but the cushions are held together with strings and the snaps on the arm covers are impossible to screw in because of tiny, low quality screws and poorly drilled starter holes and don't hold on very effectively - I'd be surprised if any cushion is still on the chair by the time baby is born. The finish came with scratches and scuffs out of the box. All in all, the chair doesn't look like the pictures or the color description, is not very comfortable, and is not very durable. Very underwhelming!

Bought to put in my grandkids room. Very comfortable. Love rocking my grands!

Update: I was able to contact Storkcraft’s customer service directly through their website instead of through Amazon. Sent purchase info and pictures of broken part and they sent a replacement base, which arrived promptly. I appreciate the customer service, though I cannot give 5 stars given that the spring broke so easily. I’m just glad it was still within the window that it could be fixed. Otherwise, the chair has been what I expected in terms of use and quality for the price. Original review: A spring in the seat broke within 2 weeks of extremely light usage. No one in our household is particularly heavy, but a spring snapped when I sat down and now the seat is uncomfortable to the point that the chair can’t be used. Attempted to contact the manufacturer via Amazon provided info with no luck; link to customer service page was dead and the phone number is disconnected. Poor quality, really disappointed as I was enjoying the chair otherwise.
