It’s only 30 capsules in a far too large container
I just received this product today, so I can’t review anything beyond the packaging. Holy cow! I adore Sports Research, and use 6 supplements from this brand. 30 capsules in this huge bottle means the bottom of the package isn’t even covered! Incredibly wasteful, and actually a terrible value, price-wise. I wanted to try this Biotin to make sure it didn’t bother my stomach. These small capsules could have been sent in a small baggie to avoid such wasteful packaging.

Love love don't want to be without
I have truly noticed a difference in my hair and nails. Things are fuller, nails are growing it doesn't happen over night but it does over time. Great product. Easy to swallow little gel, didn't bother my stomach either no taste no smell.

Fácil digerir
Pedí 30 unidades para probar, llevo 2 semanas y la caída de mi cabello ha ido reduciendo, no estoy segura si es por la combinación de tomar con otros suplementos. Son muy fáciles de digerir y no saben a nada, para mí está mas que bien. Me gusta también porque son vegan, vienen cubiertas con aceite de coco virgen.
