which is the opening psi?

There is a spring inside the check valve, so there is no definite opening pressure. The approximate working pressure is 5PSI-200PSI.

where do I find parts for submersible well pump like the middle ring that connect the motor part and the top part

Not sure which part you are needing or pump you have,, but contact the manufacturer for local parts locations. I have a lot of luck that way.

Do these have a garden hose thread? otherwise known as ght for a standard hose.

No. It has a 3/4" NPT thread, which is not the same as the 3/4" GHT. You might find an adapter by searching for 3/4" npt to 3/4" ght adapter and still be able to use the valve.

Will this work with compressed air? Description says it works with gas but does not clarify if they mean gas elements or gasoline.

I think that they most likely would work with air since they are spring loaded. Gasoline I don't know if the plastics are compatible or not.
