How big are the pills?

Hi Shelly, thanks for your question the pills are very small, we intentionally made the capsules very small. We use concentrated D-Mannose and probiotic strains so we could fit in a smaller capsule. The capsule is whats called a size 1 capsule which is one the smallest capsules available. The average supplement on the market is using almost double this capsule. e you will find on the market. My wife takes these probiotics every day for daily maintenance and hates taking pills and she has no problems, they are very small capsules.

How does the women’s one compare to the regular 60 billion one in the blue container?

This one is pink. And designed for women. So they can charge more? The blue one seems to be a more effective product.

Excellent gut health

If you haven’t taken probiotics, give this product three or four days when you start. Your gut will feel 100% better after that it’s an excellent product and I couldn’t say more about it. I will definitely be a consumer for life.

Seems to be a good probiotic.

I think this probiotic is helpful. Seems to help with bloating and digestion. However, the Captial seems to have a bit of a taste when you first put it in your mouth.
