JUST A HEADS UP THIS REVIEW WILL BE TEE EM EYE (TMI), but I feel it to be necessary for the women struggling with this as well. I showed symptoms of PCOS: irregular blood flow, imbalance of hormones--which caused some cystic acne, fishy/rancid smell from vagina, discharge being brown or straight blood, bloating, and very acidic pee. With all this happening I had to throw away so many underwears and I love to smell good. Finally I did research, found out I had PCOS, but all these other vitamins were too expensive and required like 3 sometimes 4 capsules to be taken and it would barely be a month's supply! After finding women with similar problems when clicking on this product I decided to give it a chance and here is my HONEST review after having this for a month. I. LOVE. IT. #CHARLIEXCX lol. I no longer have irregular blood flow, I have more energy and focus, no more rancid smell, I'm not severely bloated, dang near clear pee, and discharge has been white as snow 😝. Excellent, high-quality extraction of the herb which you could only expect from a company from India with some ties to the Ayurvedic traditions. You just know this is a real, efficacious product by just having some: one can immediately feel a sense of wellness, as if one had sipped on a nice tea. As to my review of Shatavari: one of the best hormone balancers available, although one should know that shatavari is all about balancing, and not about changing hormones, and so those taking this while expecting some hormonal changes may be disappointed. Shatavari is a great daily herb, known in Ayurveda to be rejuvenating and thus helping to renew the mind and body. Certainly in my experience Shatavari had a positive impact on my skincare.

Big pills! And you need to take 2 per day. For me personally they do the trick of managing my hot flashes. I'm very happy with them. I just wish that 1 pill was enough and that they were smaller.

This product works as expected. I love that it is organic as you can never be too careful with supplements. I have never purchased from this company before and am pleasantly surprised by the results. The supplement pills are medium sized - they are oblong shaped and brown in color. They have a distinctive taste but not really unpleasant. They smell herby and natural. I am pleased with the product and I look forward for the results to continue. I used the Shatavari to help regulate my cycle as I have PCOS (rarely experience menses) and am taking a natural way of treatment (with doctor's guidance). Within 2 weeks of taking these I began my menses. I cannot say it was just due to the Shatavari but it was a contributing factor. I am impressed that the product appears to be working

I bought these to use as an lactation aid. It is said that shatatvari can increase breastmilk supply but as said with all herbal supplements none are clinically proven to work. Dosage includes taking 4 pills with 1 to 2 ounces of water daily for this use. I've taken these well over two weeks with no change in my supply. There has been neither decrease nor increase. Since the herb is in my milk, I haven't had much of a change in my daughter's behavior. She is 9m old and very active. The herbs offer no benifits to her. My milk is still well received by my daugther with the presence of shatavari. This may not be the case for all infants as any foods item passing through milk can change the taste of mother's milk for baby. It's also been said that this herb helps with the menstrual cycle to which I can not comment on as I've never been a woman whose suffered greatly durning that time of the month. I can't say if these are proven to work in that regard as again herbal supplements aren't proven to offer any benefits that is said about them. Shatavari tends to be expensive so I won't be ordering a third bottle of these at all. I don't receive any said benifits of consumption of the pulls so it would be a waste to reorder. Overall it wasn't a bad purchase but I see now that I have no need for the herb.
