Quality
Works good. Accepts standard inserts. And the inserts that come with it are actually pretty good so far!

Good value with a disclaimer...
Typical of inexpensive Chinese tools - surface finish is poor and unhardened. Supplied carbide inserts are junk, and the cutoff tool is likely only useful in aluminum it is so fragile.You get what you pay for - just dont pay much and youll be satisfied.

They're descent quality.
If I had it to do all over again I would get the 3/8" for my mini lathe. The quality descent for the money but they are Chinese.

Decent quality, somewhat impressive
Purchased the 3/8 first and they where a little small. Ended up with the 1/2. Would have preferred 5/8 but with shims it works fine.
