Does the usb-c out provide super fast charging?

No, unfortunately it does not. It does support data transfer though, for the price point I found that surprising.

does the headset have a mute button for the microphone i need one like that for work and are these wireless?

it’s not a headset, it’s a headset stand

Has anyone used this to charge the Audeze Maxwell headphones?

I use it to charge my Razer headphones without out issue. I can't imagine your headphones wouldn't work .

Hi, is this stand compatible with any light software, such as Razer Chroma?

Nope. The only control for the lights is in the stand itself. It's a single button and the options are pulsing blue, yellow, aqua, white red, green and purple; Solid blue, green, red and purple; and rainbow changing in a fading matter.
