Charger pad itself works fine but sometimes even with the Samsung Fast Charging adapter that came with my Samsung phone, it thinks it a regular wireless charger. Another issue is the USB cable included did not work. I thought the charger came DOA, but then I used the cable that came with my Samsung S7 and it worked perfectly. So knocked off 2 stars for the USB cable not working and for fast charger not working properly.I thought it might be the pad so I ended up getting another wireless charger that was a bit cheaper and was raised for air cooling... and fast charger worked every time.Here is the title of the second one I bought "Fast Wireless Charger, NANAMI QI Fast wireless Charging Pad with Double-Layer Heat Dissipation for Samsung S7, S7 Edge, Note 5, S6 Edge Plus and Other Standard Qi-enabled devices (Black)" get this one its much better.

Starting melting on second or third use.

The first Amazon purchase I have to return. These things don't work . Some not at all and some are very slow

Charger worked but does NOT fast charge as the title says. Great price but didn't do what is says.Update: YOUSTOO offered to partial refund with no questions asked. Appreciated their promptness!
