DON'T BE AFRAID TO PURCHASE THIS MIXER! WORTH EVERY DIME!!
I procrastinated purchasing this mixer for MONTHS! It's an off brand and honestly even after reading the stellar reviews everyone was writing, I still couldn't seem to commit. One day I noticed this mixer was on a Lightening Deal for $385.00. That's over $100.00 less than what it has been listed for and I decided right then and there to pull the trigger and purchase it. Fast Forward....That was several weeks ago. The only regret I have in this purchase is I wish I had purchased this sooner. IT IS A POWERHOUSE! My old Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer can not hold a candle to this mixer! Aside from being beautiful to look at, the motor seems more quiet than the KitchenAid and it mixes in record time! I have tripled my cookie dough recipes and this mixer cuts through the stiff dough and no doubt could handle even MORE dough if I decided to go 4x the recipe ingredients. This has cut my time in the kitchen in half. Seriously...IN HALF. Clean up is a breeze and can I just say my "2" favorite things about this mixer( that Kitchenaid missed the mark on ) is the convient timer on the side *it starts up automatically the minute you start your mixer AND there is a light that shines down into your mixing bowl as you are mixing that helps so much to visualize where you are at in the mixing process! GAME CHANGER!! $385.00 for this Mixer is the BEST money I have ever spent! This mixer truly is worth all the hype it is getting. I would encourage anyone who enjoys baking like I do to give yourself this gift. You will NOT regret it and "NO" I am NOT being paid to say this. Big Purchase..."Yes".....Is it worth it....."Absolutely" ! You will have no buyers remorse on this one. I NEVER write Amazon reviews......but this purchase was worth me making an exception.

Beats Kitchenaid and Ankarsrum !!
This mixer is simply amazing. I rarely write reviews, but maybe my review will help other people in their research to find a good, strong mixer at a reasonable price. I have a Kitchen Aid and its a good mixer overall, but when it comes to bread dough or pizza dough, its woefully inadequate and will break in time. So I have researched for months to make a informed decision about which mixer to get. I do not bake enough to spring for the multi thousand commercial dough mixers. Nor do I have the space for one. I wanted a mixer that could handle larger amounts of stiff dough, but also be quite great at mixing all other things, incl. creaming butter, whipping cream, batter, etc. Some of the dedicated "dough mixers" do not work well at all when it comes to those things, or they are just to fidgety and complicated. After researching and reading all about Ankarsrum, commercial mixers and so on and forth, I had all but decided on the commercial Kitchen-Aid with the orange cable. I wanted a good "all around" mixer that could handle stiff doughs as well. I didn't think it was the strongest choice and the price made me hesitate. Thats when I came across this Zacme mixer and started researching it. There wasn't a whole lot of info out yet, but what I've seen and read made me look into it deeper. It is incredibly innovative. A light ? Wow...thats awesome and so practical. It runs a fan and cools itself off after working hard! The attachments are solid, heavy and large, no comparing to the flimsy attachments some of the higher priced mixers come with. The mixer itself is a tank !!!! Plus it is quite beautiful to look at as well with its vintage vibe. Everything about it is well thought out The first time I made a stiff dough in it I could have cried happy tears. No more holding down the bucking, steaming and struggling Kitchen Aid as it was trying to throw itself off of the counter in despair.. The Zacme handled it like a pro, and quietly too ! Plus it mixes everything else equally well. And the price? Wow. I got it on sale and it was a bargain !!! Best yet, I was also able to get the meat grinder. I used to use my Kitchen aid with a meat grinder and loved that option. Now I can do that with the Zacme as well, so the Kitchen Aid will be gifted to my daughter who has no interest in baking breads or pizzas, lol! I will now get the smaller bowl as well and I will happily mix away whatever needs mixing. Btw. for the people that are concerned about "support". I have written to customer service several times with question and concerns before I bought this mixer. And I have gotten quick and thorough answers and help every single time. So I do not see a problem there either. I highly recommend this mixer. It does the job better, and at a far better price.

Sourdough Windowpane!
I'm in love with this machine! I have a smaller model Kitchenaid which works great for most things. But I couldn't do a double batch of bread without the dough climbing up the hook into the machine. Enter the Zacme. This machine has so much power and yet it is so quiet. It has a huge motor and bowl, and it effortlessly mixes my sourdough to a perfect windowpane (if you bake sourdough, you know what that means) without even getting warm. I've used it so far on a regular country loaf and on a higher hydration focaccia bread, both with equal perfection. It is a dream machine, and now I wish I hadn't hesitated to buy it. I haven't used it for other things yet, but it will definitely come in handy for the holidays when making large batches of mashed potatoes, cookies, etc... If you are looking for a large capacity mixer that will knead and mix your dough without breaking a sweat (or your budget) this mixer fits the bill. BTW, the white one goes on sale for $385 often, so keep an eye out for that. I got the green one at $388, which was a fantastic price for a heavy duty mixer. The only con with this machine is that it is very large, twice the size of my Kitchenaid, and so it takes up quite a bit of counter space. But that's to be expected with an 800w motor and 8.4 quart bowl.

Zacme 8.4 Quart Commercial Stand Mixer
I just received my Zacme 8.4 Quart Commercial stand mixer today, and I have already used it to make two 1 lb. loaves of bread. I don't have a big family, so I don't need to make big batches of bread dough, or cookie dough, except for during the holidays when I do a lot of baking. I can't say enough good things about this mixer. It is very quiet, and the motor is very powerful. It kneaded the bread dough in under 10 minutes, cleaned the bowl beautifully, and required very little scraping. I also like the light and timer feature as well. Even though this was a small batch. I'm confident it will handle larger batches when I need it to. I'm also impressed by their customer service. I received an email today that was a courtesy to remind me to check everything and make sure all the attachments were included, and that there was no damage, and if so, I could reach out to their customer service department to fix any problems. It comes with a two-year warranty. KitchenAid doesn't even do that! I have several KitchenAid mixers, which I love, but I think this one will hold up really well for mixing heavier dough. It is very well made, but the top is plastic, so just be aware of that. I only wish there was a mixer cover for it available, because I have an old house, and not enough clearance under my cabinets to keep it on my counter, so I have to put it in my dining room for now, and I don't want dust and dog hair to get on it. If you are on a budget, and don't want to blow a thousand dollars on a commercial mixer, this is the way to go. I would highly recommend this mixer.

Well built and strong stand mixer
I can't say enough about this Zacme stand mixer. After I saw it in an influencers video. I had to try it. I decided to get the pistachio color and it's absolutely beautiful. A machine itself is a strong machine. I make sourdough for my business and this has saved me so much time. I can make four loaves at a time without any trouble. There's a light over the bowl which makes it easy for me to see the durability is obvious and for the price you can't get better. It's twice the size of other major brands I was using, which I have to say didn't last very long with sourdough. I have recommended this mixer over and over throughout all my socials and to my friends and family. Especially the price the other stand mixers are so much more expensive and don't offer nearly the power of the Zacme. At 8.4 leaders the bowl is sufficient to make many loaves over and over again. I don't think I would make more than four loaves at a time because the head does start to shake just so a little bit so I wouldn't push it too far as not to break the machine. Thank you for a wonderful product. I would absolutely recommend this to everybody, especially the sourdough community.

So far so good!
I’ve been using this mixer for a couple of weeks now and I’m really loving it! I make anywhere from 10-20 two lb loaves of sourdough each week. I’m able to mix the ingredients for 3 loaves at one time. The mixer is so quiet and it really is a very nice looking machine. There are so many things that I really like about the mixer: the light that shines into the bowl makes it very easy to see what is happening, the large bowl and heavy duty motor makes it easy to mix large batches and it’s super quiet! The only issue that I’ve had so far is that it’s sometimes a little difficult to remove the bowl. My old professional Kitchenaide died and I couldn’t bring myself to spend $700 on another one when it would struggle to mix a double batch of sourdough. This Zacme was on sale, so I thought I’d give it a try. I’m glad I did!

Wow, wow, WOW…!
I have been a diehard Kitchenaid user for decades. When my Kitchenaid mixer died, I was wanting a larger unit and started researching my options. The Zacme mixer came up on my search often. I never heard of Zacme. After seeing dozens of videos and reviews of the professional home mixer, I decided to switch gears and try this product. Oh. My. Gosh. The first use of this with whipping cream cheese for frosting, I was blown away at the short time this was whipped up to airy perfection. Then—the second thing that blew my mind was the quietness of the machine while running. Whisper quiet. The cooling fan for the motor was louder than the motor itself! Bread, cake batter, pasta, cream—all a dream in this amazing machine. Love, love, LOVE this! Do not hesitate or let the price dissuade you. BUY THIS AND FALL IN LOVE WITH COOKING! It is a beefy, beautiful piece of equipment that proudly sits on my work table. Front and center in my kitchen. Proud mama and I highly recommend.

Not quite Kitchen-Aid quality, but still a serious mixer.
As a 30+ year user of my 5 qt kitchen-aid stand mixer, I was apprehensive of buying this. I think this is a good mixer, but needs one more round of design improvements before it is a great mixer (seriously, it is so close). They are clearly going for the high-end of the Chinese knock-off mixers without the full Kitchen-Aid price tag. I bought it on sale at $385 and am pleased with it as a purchase. Here follows my thoughts after a few uses: 1) The bowl is thicker than the cheap stainless mixing bowls, but noticeably thinner than the Kitchen-Aid 5 Qt bowl. I really like the 2 handles, it makes carrying it while full a breeze. It locks in place nicely to the base. I don't think it will last as well as the Kitchen-Aid, but is it not a cheap bowl. 2) The speed switch feels luxurious in the hand. Its low speed is much lower than the Kitchen-Aid, which is wonderful (I had to put a speed controller between the Kitchen-Aid and the wall to get it to run slow enough that it didn't make a mess, no need for that on the ZACME). I have not yet whipped cream in it, so I don't know if the high is equivalent. 3) It is so much quieter! The cooling fan is the loudest part, and it is substantially quieter than the Kitchen-Aid. 4) They added a disk to the top of paddle blade (and the other two as well), it is perfectly positioned to "catch" your ingredients as you add them. I don't think there is a way to add flour while operating without getting a lot of it caught in the disk. This is poorly designed. I will have to get a pouring shield to allow me to add ingredients without stopping and tilting the head back. 5) The attachments are heavy duty stainless. I like this so much more than the enamel coated aluminum ones I came from. I've gone through 3 paddle blades on my Kitchen-Aid and I don't put them in the dish washer any more. No worries on the ZACME attachments. 6) It is big. I can't put it on a part of the counter where there is a wall cabinet above it - it gets too high when tilting back. 7) The suction cup feet stick well to my granite countertop and it doesn't move while mixing (s far, have yet to make a large batch of dough). 8) The front attachment mechanism looks heavy duty, but definitely not Kitchen-Aid compatible. I hope they flesh this part of their ecosystem out soon. It has potential to be terrific. 9) The housing is thick-ish plastic. I wish it were metal, and failing that, I wish it were thicker plastic. But it definitely is not thin. A little thicker and this would be a total non-issue. 10) It is good enough that I am now going to get a second bowl. Every serious cook needs a second mixer bowl with air-tight sealing tops. I haven't found the tops for this yet, but I am looking. The attached video is the second time I turned it on. You can hear the cooling fan running from the first time. The comparison shot shows its size next to a 4.5 quart Kitchen-Aid tilt mixer (what it is replacing).

Do the job 👍
Powerful, sturdy, well made, very quiet and do the job easily. Bought an Ank recently and had difficulty to manoeuvre it and the dough was not very smooth, every time. It’s now in the basement. The Zacme works like a charm and dough is perfect! Very happy with purchase. Would recommend. Thanks.

Fantastic mixer for the price!
I had to replace my kitchen aid mixer and it felt like I was replacing them every 3-4 years with a more professional model yet they were not lasting any longer. After reading reviews I decided to take a chance on this one - it's bigger than my kitchen aid and I thought it might be better for bread dough. I love it. It is so quiet but powerful. I make dough all the time and use my mixer to kneed the dough - having a timer on the mixer itself to mix for exactly 10 minutes and then stop is a game changer! I wish the paddle scraped more of the edges but honestly I haven't had a single mixer that does that.

A powerful workhorse mixer!
I was leary on this mixer, but I had read many reviews on what a powerhouse this mixer is. They were right! I’ve gone through 2 Kitchen Aids over the last 25 year and after using this Zacme, I must admit that the KA’s are junk! Zacme attachments are very big and solid. The actual unit is very solid as well…absolutely zero movement, even when kneading a triple batch of bred dough. I love the suction feet that prevents any movements. It is VERY quiet…even my husband commented on how quiet it was. , The light is a great bonus and the cooling fan is the best feature ever. I make bread and I never have to turn my mixer off to cool it down. And the price is good…Zacme is finally offering discounts on it in Canada to be more aligned to what they sell for in USA. I’ve owned this mixer for about 4 months now and I am very happy with it. I would recommend to anyone…I truly haven’t found a fault with it yet. Don’t be afraid because it isn’t a big, “trendy “ brand name. This machine is solid!
