I NEVER write reviews, but this one takes the cake. I've used MANY MASSAGE TOOLS over the years, but this one is THE BEST for DEEP PENETRATION in AREAS I COULD NEVER REACH with SUFFICIENT PRESSURE. The VALUE of this tool CANNOT BE OVERSTATED AT ALL. I love this thing. I showed it to my massage therapist and she thought it was great so she bought one for herself! It is very sturdy. I've stood on it (I'm 145 pounds) even. I use it in bed to hit certain tight areas. It is great rolling on the legs and spine. I've dropped it a few times and it survived (yay). No I pack it on plane trips to use underneath my knees to prevent lymph build up and on my back to release tension. The only problem is that the TSA in US airports needed to search the bag once because they didn't know what it was. HA! The best parts are: 1. Battery lasts a very long time, so I only have to charge it every few days and it lasts seemingly more than a 6 hour plane ride without needing to recharge. 2. It is very sturdy 3. I like the variable speeds 4. Ten minute timer is perfect 5. My husband gets some vibratory relaxation benefit in bed even if I'm using it :) 5. I ordered peanut massage balls from 3 different companies for my elderly parents to help with pain relief. I wanted to compare each to ensure my parents got the relief they needed. All 3 were similar in size and features. However, this Rolling With It peanut massager was the clear winner due to the following: + The rubberized covering over the massager has a ribbed surface instead of the knobby projections the others have. This provides a more therapeutic massage for pain relief on the body. The knobby projections on the others actually creates more pain due to the hardness of the knobby projections. For pain relief, it'd be great if these projections would be made of softer, more flexible rubber, instead of the hard rubber they now have. + The instruction booklet is clear and well written. Although operating the peanut massage ball is easy, it's helpful to have thorough, well written instructions. It's frustrating to read instructions on products that are poorly written or poorly translated into English; that have very tiny and limited text; that have no illustrations. + It comes with a carry bag. None of the other massage balls I purchased came with one. + Rolling With It is a great company! I had an issue with the condition of the massage peanut ball I received. I contacted Rolling With It about it. Apparently, sellers on Amazon send their products to those large regional Amazon warehouses. Amazon is responsible for shipping items and making sure the packaging and item are in new condition. Rolling With It responded promptly to my concerns and went well beyond what I expected to make things right even though it was Amazon's fault. I know Rolling With It will stand behind their product.

I didn't like this device. Different torque at different ends constantly twists the device, creates a torque and moves the device to the side. Neck injured after use. The effect of injury is noticeable after 8 hours. I used the device at all speeds and for a relatively long time, my wife - at a slow speed and not for long. Both have a neck - injured to a greater extent than before the device was used. On trigger points, in my opinion, you need to exert pressing and stretching actions, and not vibrating. I will correct the problem with acupuncture. The cost of a асupuncture session is equal to the cost of this device. I do not recomend Vibrating Peanut Massage Ball for the case of trigger points. My opinion - myofascial type problem in trigger points is a local spasm and the action on it should be local or superficial. Vibration in this case is harmful.
