Comfy and fits true to size with my shoes. It’s like walking on a cloud. Relieves pain in my heel if on my feet all day. Good arch height and very supportive. Super soft and does not stay compressed. It turned my cheap shoes into very comfortable and longer lasting than without the supports.

Great for my doc martens. I swapped from another Dr Scholls gel insole that just wore out. These have great cushion from your arch to your heel and adds a nice bit of compression and rebound in each step. Standing is comfortable as you can feel them supporting your weight as you lean. Trimmed to match the size of my boots and they fit great. They did raise my heel slightly but nothing that bothers me. Bought these to replace some insoles on a pair of work shoes that I wore out. They work well. They are comfortable. My feet have stopped hurting since I started using them. Would buy again.

Se las compré a mi pareja para trabajar porque pasa muchas horas de pie y le dolían bastante los pies, y la verdad es que han sido un acierto. Desde que usa estas plantillas aguanta mucho mejor la jornada y le han reducido muchísimo el dolor. Se nota que están pensadas para gente que está muchas horas de pie.
