It says in the description "Man Made Materials." It also says leather lining, but that's in the inside. However, I would need confirmation from the seller/maker.

Are the sizes like Nike,, I know some shoes run small

I wear 10 1/2 Nikes. I have these size 11 and they fit well. 12 would be too big.
