cod liver oil supplement
This high-quality, pure cod liver oil supplement provides essential Omega-3 fatty acids, EPA, DHA, and vitamins A and D to support heart, brain, joint, and immune health. I bought this cod liver oil, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. Since I started taking it, I've noticed an improvement in my energy levels and how I feel overall, as it's a very comprehensive supplement. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, which is very important to me because I've tried other products that are uncomfortable. Also, it doesn't have that strong fishy taste that many supplements of this type tend to have, which is a big plus. The packaging is practical and lasts a long time, so I also consider it to be excellent value for money. It's clear that it's a well-made, high-quality product

prompt delivery and trying new brand
Cost more than my existing cod liver. Hopefully it is better quality for the higher price

No upset stomach
These are way to swallow and seem to help with my cholesterol and joints. This is the 3rd time Iโve purchased them. I take them after dinner.

No Complaints, No Aftertaste
It is my understanding based on a Google search that cod liver oil supports heart health, reduces inflammation and joint pain, builds strong bones, and maintains vision. I could benefit from all of the above. I have ordered these several times and have no complaints. I have taken only one a day but beginning today I have decided to step it up to two a day, which is label recommended. I remember that cod liver oil was given to me and my siblings when we where children. The taste was so bad that I would pour the liquid onto the spoon and then back into the bottle. Now that I'm older, I realize I was only fooling myself. Those old folks knew what they were doing. It was an affordable way of keep kids healthy. Well, at least these soft gels do not have that aftertaste. I'll probably write another review if I notice a significant difference between taking two gels versus one.
