SHA CERLIN Electric Adjustable Full Size Bed Base

First of all, putting this together was not as difficult as some of the reviews had said. However., it is best to have two people because you have to flip the base over I believe twice and it is heavy. Use both the written instructions and the video to put the base together. My base was put together in an hour and 20 minutes. And it’s a very nice piece of work. The motion base is smooth and noiseless and very, very comfortable. I’m using a 12 inch memory foam mattress on it. Works perfectly. I would highly recommend.

This frame is AMAZING! I wish I found it sooner. I have neck problems and it’s hard to lay flat and watch tv, etc- there’s a single button zero gravity option I love. It was super easy to assemble with very clear and simple directions- took me about an hour. I can’t believe it was so inexpensive!

The motorized bed frame is a bargain with a basic remote. The process to put this thing together is a pain due to poor instructions, booklet doesn’t have all info and YouTube video doesn’t have sound and moves really fast. Just be prepared for a project

I had trouble with the undercarriage of this brand and I have had the most interplay with the customer service department from this company. I will definitely purchase this item and I would encourage others because they’ve sent me the parts that I needed to fix it so I will be working on that next week, i’ve never had a customer service go to the extent that this company has with any other company. It’s great value for the money and the mattresses that can be found at a reasonable price to go on top. You’re going to buy a bed where you need your feet up, I would recommend this bed, this is the best customer service that I have encountered

One sticker was mismarked but by associating the other boards made it easy. You don't need an engineering degree to assemble this base. Just follow the pages and use the fasteners that are supplied, remember to only finger tighten them until final pieces are in, then go back and tighten them with the supplied wrench. I have noted that one of the boards pre-bored hole were a little out of place but it still fit. All the movement is as described in the description. I liked the way the Velcro tightened up the cover, very nice. After assembly the base feels very solid. Thank you for not breaking my bank, my wife is sooo happy, and I am too. I added a handrail to make it easier to get out of bed. This is also available on Amazon.

Bought 2 of these. Both required welding as both came with the same flaw that one side came up before the other and remained at a slant to the right. Within the next 6 months they both had to have additional welding repairs. They’re super hard to move as the legs dig into the thin carpet we have. 100% regret buying this product.

Excellent base for the price. The assembly was a little taxing, but they have a great walkthrough video to help. The wood for the platform feels slightly soft near the edges, so I wouldn’t recommend standing on the platform, but sitting on the edge of the mattress doesn’t seem to stress it. Not loud. The platform cover’s stitching ripped a bit in the corner when I was putting it on, but not bad. All-in-all I’m happy with it.

I weigh 220#, 5' 10". Very comfortable, controls simple, easy to understand. Seller very responsive to requests. I feel this is a good value for a power bed. No problems with the bed. Note there are many parts for assembly and you'll need a second person to help. There is quite a bit of storage space under the bed, just avoid the mechanical parts at the center of bed. (I have 12" high boxes stored). Thank You!
