Does it work like Nat?

Yes. Although I got a better “buzz “ from this vs. the charged Nat. It tastes awful but I loved how I felt and results.

Can someone please tell me why I have soo much energy on these? This is more than caffeine! I have energy past lunch and it's almost overwhelming!

The only stimulant in our product is caffeine and there is 150 mg per serving. If it is too much, we recommend switching to our caffeine free flavors (chocolate or lemon). 😊

Can it be mixed with hot water instead of cold? Or even with coffee?

Hi there! Absolutely! Here are some of our customer's favorite ways to incorporate the RK powder sticks: https://realketones.com/collections/powders/! 🙂 * Mix with your favorite liquid water enhancing drops (Mio, Stur, and Crystal light all have sugar-free options) * Add our powders in your cup of coffee or tea (hot or cold) * Mix in a low carb smoothie or shake *Try blending with some ice and a little bit of heavy whipping cream * Switch things up and try unsweetened almond milk instead of water (simple but delicious!)

Does this put you into ketosis immediately?

Our powder sticks put you into ketosis within 60 mins or less, suppress your appetite, balance your electrolytes, and give you tons of energy! 😊
