Great value and a truly awesome product, I used the bars with Glide from auto finesse and the end result before polishing were amazing, super tacky, but glides well and removes all the imperfections effortlessly. Will certainly buy again and will look at other products from their range.

This is a less expensive product to the one I normally use, which come highly recommended and is very good, but I thought I’d give this one a try. You get three individually wrapped bars in a plastic container and I would say the bars are softer than my usual one. This does make getting them ready to use easier, since they need to be pliable and made into the shape of a patty.Prior to using them it is essential that you thoroughly clean your car. You really want your car to be as clean as you can possibly make it. The next most important thing is lubrication. The surface you are using this on MUST be really lubricated so the clay bar can glides across it. You don’t want to be exerting any real pressure on the bar. There are special lubricants you can buy for this purpose. If the bar starts sticking or isn’t gliding, then you’re not using enough lubrication. Best to do a panel at a time. Once one side of the bar starts to look dirty, turn over. You can fold the bar and flatten out again. If you drop it on the floor, bin it. This is a relatively harsh process so-to-speak and only something you’d do annually. Don’t use these to remove bird poo! They are not designed for that and will only scratch up your paintwork.They performed reasonably well. I like the fact they were softer to start with, but that was a slight negative when using them. My go to bar is less soft and seems to pick up better. It is worth pointing out that my current one is about a 1/3rd more expensive for 200g vs this pack of 300g. As an annual job, at £11.89, they are certainly good value. Just don’t forget to get a good quality clay lubricant to use with them and you should be fine. One final tip. I appreciate this is a review of a free product, however the idea is to assume this is the same product you would get had you paid the money - in my case there was one bar missing so had I paid for it, it would have been going straight back. Not sure if there should have been any seals on the outer tub but there weren't any on mine.As for the performance of the item itself, its not as hard as some others I've used, perhaps it was colder before as I do keep most of my cleaning kit out in the garage. When used with a good lubricant spray it does pick up debris, the darker colour makes it difficult to see where these are compared to say my bright orange coloured bars.

I’m sure its the way I was using it but it wasn’t easy to use it seamed to leave residual and wasn’t easy to clean off of the bodywork leaving a feeling of poor performance. The appearance of the packaging was great but it left me with an over feeling that the product wasn’t good value

The clamber is easy to use & removes all the dirt & grime that stuck to your car.
