As long as your car has a ‘standard’ U-shaped lock catch on the door frame then I don’t see why not. There are dimensions given for the metal bar that simply slots inside this so as long as the U-shaped catch on your car door frame is larger then you should be fine.

Does this fit a VW Touran?

As far as I am aware it fits any door with a standard door closing mechanism. If you look at the images on the item's page you will see the sort of lock it fits. I have used it in three different makes of car so far and it has fit them all.
