I got this to protect my matress against my old dog. She has on again/off again incontinence issues. The first time she soiled the bed it leaked through. It is not waterproof.

Worked perfectly for me! First, I vacuumed my bed, then I put this on, and it fit my Queen size bed perfectly. It doesn't make any sound when you move around on it, and now I don't have to worry about spilling something or my cat getting sick on the bed and having it penetrate the mattress. Very happy with my purchase.

Works well except for the noise it makes when rolling around.....but can deal with that better than the cat peeing on the mattress.

Very light weight. Does not crackle when you move. Haven't had any accidents (elderly Scottish Terrier sleeps on the bed) so can't speak to the liquid-proof aspect. Protecting my new mattress.
