Do you guys offer a Narrower nipple. The one that comes with the paci is a bit to wide for me.

Dear Customer, Unfortunately, LittleForBig only offer one size of Teat (Nipple). Sorry for the inconveniences! Sincerely, LittleForBig

Have you gotten rid of the raised lettering on the inside of the sheild? That lettering caused a sore on my chin where it rubbed.

Hi , I just looked and there are no raised letters on the inside of the shield . The outside does have raised printing . I would contact the seller , they will respond and help . On mine there is a raised boarder where the cover goes , but completely smooth. Take care, D.

Hi! I purchased this a little while ago, I was wondering how big the nipple is approximately? Thanks so much!

Dear Customer, ADULT SIZED TEAT AND EXTRA LARGE SHIELD. Teat Size: 1.6” Long x 1.2” Wide. Pacifier Shield Size: 2” Wide x 1.6” Tall. These information is also on the product page bullet points. Want to mention that so future customer can see the answer. Sincerely, LittleForBig
