The ones I received were not rated 33. (Maybe 28? I don't quite remember.) on the plus side, they are MUCH more comfortable than my old ones, and the noise difference between them and the ones that were actually rated 33 was negligible. Overall, despite the false rating, I would still probably buy them again if the price were a little more reasonable.

Way overpriced. Just like regular earplugs. Only get one pair. I though I was getting at least 3 from the picture. It does have a nifty little travelling case. Still not worth the price.

I bought these for my Girlfriend so I can watch TV on those sleepless nights without disturbing her. She sleeps like a baby now Thanks!

Refunded to me

Horrible. I received two-one pair. From the photos it looked like I would be getting more than one pair. Incredibly misleading. I wish I had read the comments prior to wasting my money. Stupid choice on my part. Take it from me-these are not worth $2, let alone $12.
