excellent product but has 1 small design issue
works perfectly when loosening/removing the oil filter housing in my 2013 mercedes e350. The problem came after tightening, and torquing the oil filter housing. I could not get it off the filter housing without having to reverse the ratchet, to get it loosened from the filter housing, then I was able to pull it off. This is not ideal because it could affect the torque value the filter housing was tightened to.I attached it to the filter housing a few times to make sure that i didnt put it on wrong, and the same thing happened every time. This confirmed that it is a design defect of this product.Still giving 4 stars because it seems to be great quality and at a great price. It also did its job in the end, which ofcourse is all that matters. I still recommend this product, and i will continue to use it.

Heavy duty cast metal, not sheet metal.
Had to buy another wrench! Argh. 73mm was too small, and 75.5mm was too big. However, 74mm was just right. Hey, this sounds familiar....It was a snug fit (needed some tapping) on the filter being replaced, however it fit cleanly on the replacement filter.
