Does it have a cancer warning label ? I’ve noticed many locks do.

The label is standard: "This product contains a chemical which is known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects or reproductive disorders." It's called the Prop 65 Warning. PVC contains chemicals called phthalates, which mimic the effect of estrogen in the body. On a bicycle lock, exposure is not such a big worry. In a catheter or IVC tube, yeah.

My son immediately lost one of the keys and now I'm living in fear he will lose the last one. Can I get a duplicate key?

Gee..dont know how old your son is..but I would hold on to the 3rd one FOR HIM..have him secure 2nd one on " around the neck" strap..hang on front door...knob..slip on every time he goes out biking..works for my whole family..each has own hook by door ( we also add on house keys ect...hope that helps..

Where can I order just the mounting bracket? I didn't use the lock for a long time since were indoors but mounted the lock on the bracket. 4-5 months time frame the mounting bracket cracked up in Arizona heat. It does not even a peak summer here yet. Please let me know where I can find the mounting bracket?
