NOW Foods Supplements, Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) 500 mg, Herbal Supplement, 100 Veg Capsules

I'm very pleased with this product- I got it as a sleep aid and it works great in that capacity, but it's slow acting so I take it a couple hours before going to bed. What's cool- and a bonus- is that I wake up without any drowsy feeling, and a little extra energy that lasts thru the day. The capsules do have an unusual taste, but I just wash it down with water quickly. Also, the bottle says take 2 capsules but just one works great for me, and yeah, if you build up a sweat after taking these, there's definitely a light maple-syrup aroma, but that's no biggie to me. I'll be reordering!

God I love this Stuff! Makes me feel so feminine! I have sensitive skin, and by taking these daily i genuinely don’t even need to wear deodorant! I’m also a woman with hormone issues, this just makes me feel a little more supported. The taste is a non issue, Smells like maple syrup

I only plan on taking one of these about every 2-3 days or so to increase testosterone. I noticed that I'm slightly constipated-on one tablet-& gassy today-at least earlier. I now have a slight fullness in stomach up to esophagus. I will only take every few days so not overly concerned but it is a bit different. Was surprised with the slight constipation earlier-I still went but strained a bit. Odd because I drink lots of water & earlier had a salad, wheat crackers, & I take Chlorophyll tablets daily-which has a laxative effect, & took a dose of unfiltered vinegar & water just after waking up, so I'm sure it's the Fenugreek that made me slightly bound up. Hopefully, I'll see the benefits but it will likely be slower going for me. I don't like to take too many supplements too frequently on top of 2 prescriptions & a multi-vitamin, so I only take certain supplements every few days. I'll update later. ***Update*** 7/27/21 -I've noticed the Maple Syrup smell, more like a slight celery smell in my urine & armpits, but not as strongly on me since I only use every few days & take chlorophyll which kills body/breath odor. My libido has increased along with taking American Ginseng tablets. Hopefully, I'll experience the weight-loss effect that others are raving about as well!

I purchased this supplement for my nursing mother Dog. It helped her stay consistent with producing breastmilk for her four puppies works great. She ate it on her food without hesitation mixed with wet food. She is an 8 pound Pomeranian.

Much better than Himalaya or Bliss. It's worth every penny. Works fine on constipation. Possibly works fine on metabolism also. Don't doubt it.

I ordered these because of an article that said that fenugreek (the usual English name for this product) raises testosterone levels. I can't say I've noticed a big difference, but perhaps some boost. I recommend taking the capsules in the middle of a meal rather than after, because I've had some trouble with fenugreek-flavored burps.

I am glad I came across this product. I ordered this product mainly to help improve my testosterone levels as my hair had started to thin a bit and also provide me with a good boost of energy. I have only been using it for a couple of weeks (twice a day, morning and night) and have noticed that I now wake-up not so tired anymore and felt more motivated to go to the gym or do more outdoor activities. My appetite have improved and I now crave less sugary stuff. No complaints in the bedroom either, give this product a go and feel the difference!
