There is a reason it’s that cheap. If you are lucky it will work. If not just throw it away.. when it works it’s good. But it usually never runs

I'm surprised the company sold a brand new product that does not work. It wouldn't turn on. Plugged in the adapter and it shows fully charged, but it still would not power on.

Seems to be a common theme with this vacuum. I fully charged it and it doesn't even switch on. Returned

3 lights are on , battery full but it’s not turning on , not working

Even though it has two speeds but still the power of suction is weak and cannot clean all kind of dirt from the floor. Also the second speed will last only for 15 min even though you fully charge the vacuum and then you need to charge again for 4-5 hours and wait to continue cleaning which is wasting a lot of time just to clean one room .

I am so happy with purchase , love the product, and the seller costumer service who replies immediately and solves all issue with the most professional way. Thanks a lot, recommended.
