The vibration is wonderful but not overpowering!!
This vibrating roller is AMAZING!! Was delivered in a couple days so I got it in time to show my MELT students..MELT is a self-care system that uses small rubber balls and a roller to reduce/eliminate chronic pain.....EVERYONE loved testing this out....made all the MELT moves even better.Sandi (MELT Instructor in Prescott, AZ

Really amazingly relaxing. I do intense workouts and this gadget is terrific a relaxing muscle tension.

Use with Consistency
M home routine includes the vibrating roller. The vibration is extremely soothing to the nervous system, and correct knowledge of its function and capacity really makes a difference. The simple exercised have gone a long way in healing my back and my posture and gait are much better. one of my goals has been to reduce dependency of orthodics and the roller has really helped, because my hips and spine are in better alignment.
