Excellent Choice Before and After Workouts

Loving the BCAA in a .capsule.form. I already drink a protein shake before and after workout and a pre workout shake.The BCAA in a capsule form works out excellent for me. Does not make me fill full or bloated like some of the shakes. I can tell the difference after exercise, reduced fatigue, accelerate recovery, reduce muscle soreness, and improved energy.

Excelente para recuparar el esfuerzo físico dispensado.

Tengo 65 años. Hago musculación, ejercicios de elongación y ando 5 a 6 veces por semana en bicicleta más de una hora por día. Tomo las capsulas inmediatamente al terminar el ejercicio y solamente a la noche empiezo a sentir el esfuerzo. Además me da mucha energía al día siguiente para encarar nuevamente mis rutinas. Excelente.

Really helps!

This is a great addition to your post workout nutrition! I take 2 immediately after working out and get great results! This is a new label but I have been using this same product for a few years and recommend it.
