Hi, please can i clarify the amount of iodine in these. the nhs recommends 140 micrograms per day and the product information says these have 9.9mg?

Hi The label says iodine derived from 9-9 mg of kelp, so the amount of iodine is not clear. However it should be possible to reach RDA of iodine from daily food intake, given that many common foods contain significant amounts of iodine - particularly dairy products, eggs ,fish and some fruits and vegetables.

Can product be returned if it does not agree with me

I doubt that because once opened its non returnable
