It's working
I received those rollers yesterday afternoon and I use it right away. Aging sucks. The worst is when your mind is in the thirties and you body much older. I'm very energetic person but my lower back and my feet limiting me with movements. Plus I'm still working and its not helping either. I like what I'm doing and I'm not planning retired yet. I'm standing on my feet a lot. I twist my right ankle many times through my life and 3 years ago my right leg start swelling double of size and I know it I have to do something. I cut my hours of working and this help but my leg was swelling afternoon anyway. I try to protect my right leg and I damage my left. After few month my lower back start hurting and I get sciatica on both sides. Massages was helping but for short time. I get so many knots under my left foot and they was blocking my whole lower part of my body and some on the top. My girlfriend told me about those rollers so I order. This was one of my best decision in my life. I just open it and put on the floor and I start rolling my feet. I was watching TV and rolling. I push my feet to the roller much I can and roll it. I did probably for 30 minutes with breaks. That was around 3-4pm. When I was going to bed around 10pm my legs was perfect normal and the knots almost gone. I still have a one but nothing compare what I have a before This is amazing tool and very simple to use but the results are amazing. I can not imagine how much this will help me if I will do every day. I try massages before but I never get fast result like with those rollers. I try compression pantyhose and was not helping too. This product worth every penny. Size is perfect. Quality is perfect. I don't know how long will last but if I will use twice a day I think this will last for while. Some reviewers complaining about squeaking - yes they do If I push so hard, but this is a wood and metal so this is normal. For me best to do it is with bare feet and for hygiene I think everybody have to have his/her own. I never left that long review but after 3 years be in pain and see results after one use I think this product deserve that. Thank you for great product and fast shipping.

GREAT contraption. A+
I wasnโt sure what to expect from this.. My partner gets restless legs at nighttime and seems to have some nerve damage from being a contractor/hard worker all of his life. I have rubbed him for hours, and I finally started looking into alternatives. This contraption has been a life or hand saver for me. Wow! He has it by his side of the bed and when he needs it he rolls his feet on it for a few minutes and it works! Gone is the need for me to jump up and rub.. now I just do it because I am nice ๐ I have also used it when my feet feel sore after a long day, and this will quickly take away the familiar foot pain and any tingling. We cannot recommend this enough! As a side note, he is 6โ3 and wears a size 12 shoe, and this fits him just fine. Easy to use and sturdy.

Simple, effective relief for aching feet
Iโve been using the TheraFlow Foot Roller for a few weeks now, and it has become a staple in my daily routine. After long hours on my feet, this compact wooden roller provides immediate relief, especially targeting the arches and heels. Its manual operation allows me to control the pressure, making it versatile for both gentle massages and deeper pressure when needed.โ The build quality is impressiveโsturdy wood construction that feels durable and well-made. The non-slip grips on the bottom keep it stable on various floor surfaces, which is a nice touch.โ One minor drawback is that the rollers can squeak during use, which can be a bit distracting. Additionally, while the design is effective, it doesn't offer the advanced features of electric massagers, such as heat or vibration.โ Overall, for its price point and effectiveness in providing foot pain relief, especially for plantar fasciitis, the TheraFlow Foot Roller is a great investment. It's a straightforward, no-frills solution that delivers results.

This really helps soothe painful feet!
I bought this item in conjunction with the Theraflow Dual Foot Roller (the single roller for each foot) in an attempt to relieve the extreme foot pain I was experiencing from my new job. My new workplace has old wooden floors and I walk the entire time I'm there. Even with proper cushioned footwear, my feet would hurt while I worked and after I came home. Then it progressed to where I could barely walk each morning when I got out of bed. I would literally hobble every morning for the first ten minutes or so until the pain subsided. My feet started to ache constantly throughout the week, even on my days off, and I found myself unconsciously repeating the phrase, "Oh, my feet hurt". I've tried Epsom salt soaks many times and it helped a bit, but not much longer than after the soak was over. Rubbing them didn't do much either. I decided to look for a solution by purchasing a foot massager. I remembered the incredibly expensive foot massagers I've seen at places in the mall. I didn't WANT to spend that much, but my feet were killing me, so I figured the expense would be worth it. I read the reviews first, and found that so many people said they all broke within a few months, or that it hurt too much to use, or that it developed a squeak after about a month, which made it annoying to use, and that their customer service wasn't helpful in regards to fixing the problems. I couldn't see spending that much knowing that many problems could arise and essentially have a $300+ piece of junk on my hands (or rather my feet). I continued searching Amazon for a different solution, and I saw this little wooden roller set by Theraflow. Honestly, it looked like something my grandparents would own. I didn't figure it could really do much for me, but I read the reviews. Most of them were positively glowing! Several people described having the same foot pain I was experiencing and said this was definitely giving them some relief. It's not very expensive, so I thought I'd try this as a first attempt and move on to something else if it didn't work. As I said in the beginning, I also bought the single roller along with the XL Dual Foot Massager, because reviews said the single roller helped to get into the arch of your foot better and I was experiencing a lot of pain in the arches as well. It was delivered within two days which I thought was extremely prompt. It came well packaged, nothing was damaged, and I used it immediately. The nubby parts on the back sort of hurt at first as my feet were quite sore from the start. But after using both items, my feet felt less constricted and less sore. I was able to walk with less pain. Now it's been about three weeks since these massagers arrived, and I've purposely waited in giving a review to see how they help. I can tell you that I use them every day at least twice a day. I've created a routine of waking up and rolling my feet on both items within a few minutes of getting out of bed for maybe 2-3 minutes. I then get up and get ready for the day. I come home at night and use them for 5-10 minutes in the evening while watching television. Every week I've seen improvement, and by this third week, my feet barely even hurt while at work. I'm no longer hobbling out of bed every morning!! Many of my co-workers are complaining about their feet and their backs, and mine no longer bother me. I can still feel a little soreness, but I wouldn't classify it as painful at all. As of last week, I've recommended these products to at least two of my co-workers who are the most vocal about their foot pain. By the way, those little nubby parts on the rollers are the best part now that the pain has subsided! The XL size is definitely the way to go. The extra row of "nubs" feels really nice, and don't let the XL title confuse you into thinking it's just for the largest of feet. I believe it will work for any size feet, it just gives you extra surface area and an extra nubby roller. I am soooooo happy I accidentally stumbled onto this product while searching for those way more expensive mechanical massagers. It has saved me a bundle, I don't have some gigantic boot-like contraption sitting in my living room, and I honestly believe these rollers are more therapeutic for my needs than the mechanical shiatsu devices. You should definitely give this item a try before pursuing more expensive options. You may just find it's the only solution you need.

Perfect product
Ive only had this for about 2 weeks but I legit don't know how I got by without it over the years. Im 35 and I can't remember a time my feet felt this good. It absolutely mushes the pain away: it's easily the best 25 I've ever spent on QOL improvement period. It's cheap. It doesn't need electricity. It's built to last. It stashes easily. You can use it while you watch TV Literally a perfect product on this site. I can see how it got 40k near perfect reviews. Just take your time with them. Eventually you will get used to it's more intense wheels and the harsher one will be the one you want. Perfect for if you like sports, workout, work on your feet, or just ate sore. 5/5

Fantastic Foot Massager - Totally Affordable
My leg aches and foot issues were terrible. The pain and inability to sit very long destroyed my ability to enjoy things like working on the computer, watching TV and movies, and much more. I researched massagers, but they all are so extremely expensive and in my mind, questionable on how much relief they would truly deliver. I needed to look for something more "budget-friendly" for the time. During my search, I discovered the TheraFlow Massager and decided to give it a try. I am very pleased I did. First, I ended up purchasing two of them. I thought I might have a challenge using just one and being comfortable with both feet on it at one time. I was correct, my legs are just not that comfortable that close together. I am glad that I purchased two of them. I bought the large one... Maybe the XLarge would be different, but I doubt it. They are small enough to be very portable. I take them with me where I go. My legs are restless. This is perfect as the massager gives the legs something to do. My restless leg syndrome does not drive me nuts so often anymore. I have diabetes. I worry about the circulation in my toes and feet. I do not worry about it with these massagers. When I use the massagers, my feet warm up. My feet feel great. I do not hurt when I bend my toes. It definitely helps the flow of blood. I wish I had found and purchased these earlier. I will use these even if I purchase an electric massager. Oh, they give the legs exercise LOL. Try them -

Jammed 2nd and 4th Roller on Right Side
Overall nice foot massager. I don't believe in the reflexology stuff, but if you do it comes with a reflexology chart for your feet. Offered comfort and relief from foot pain. The product is pretty portable and lightweight and does not slide after trying it on wood, carpet, and tile flooring. It is nice to use while using a computer or watching television. The reason I am rating this so low is because mine seems to have come with a manufacturing defect out of the box. All of the rollers on the left roll smooth. However the 2nd accupressure roller and 4th roller do not. They do not seem to have enough clearance from the frame and friction will cause them to jam and get stuck which is noticeable when attempting to use the device and does not allow for a smooth experience rolling the right foot.

Works Great for Plantar Fasciitis
This foot roller works great for relieving soreness and plantar fasciitisโtype discomfort. The pressure is just rightโnot too harsh, not too soft. I use it daily for 5โ10 minutes and can feel the difference. Lightweight, durable, and very relaxing after long hours on my feet. Love it!!

Excellent product.
This foot massager roller is excellent. It arrived in secure packaging, so no damage and it is exactly as the photo shows. It is very solid and sturdy and comes with a reflexology chart to help guide you with your foot massage. I have found it to be beneficial after a long day at work on my feet.

Great for refreshing your feet
I liked rolling my feet over the product. Itโs small, easy to use, cheap, and feels great. The harder you push your feet, the pressure will differ, making it nice and convenient. I loved looking at the pressure points that relate to other body parts, which helped me ensure I focused on particular areas of my feet. I can feel the difference. I've been suffering pain from standing all day for a long time. The pain is still present, but I can feel that it is way less than before. The relief I feel every time I use it is just awesome. The only real negative thing was that this product made a squeaking noise when rolling my feet.
