How tall are the miniatures?

The miniatures are supposed to be 1:265th scale. That is the new standard that Catalyst is going with for their plastics. This makes then a fraction larger that the older miniatures and just a fraction bigger that the standard 1:285th scale that microarmor users.

Is this the Command Lance? Why are the pictures for the Direct Fire Lance?

Yeah, the "Command Lance" includes the Marauder, Archer, Valkyrie, and Stinger. As far as I know, the Command Lance is one of the most sought after force packs, and therefore is still out of stock everywhere. You might want to contact the seller, and have them tell you which mechs are actually in the box before ordering. Because what is pictured, and what they are advertising by name are different.

Were these a limited run? i can’t find catalyst inner sphere miniatures any where.

These are not a limited run. They are part of a Kickstarter that is in the last stages of final fulfillment. Once all Backers have received their products, restocks will be sent to retailers for regular sale. The anticipated release date is early 2022.
