The Manthorpe Pack 20 Roofing Felt Lap Vent is a specialist retrofit ventilation solution designed to increase airflow in loft spaces with lapped felt or membrane roofs. Each vent provides 3,000mm² of free airflow and fits rafter spacings between 400mm and 600mm. Easy to install with a tapered lead-in and three securing felt clips, it helps reduce condensation caused by additional loft insulation. Ideal for professional refurbishments, it supports improved attic ventilation but should be used alongside other ventilation methods to meet building codes.
