These work fine. My only complaint is that they all had leaked in the packaging. Hard to get the ink off of your hands and all had to be cleaned before putting in printer. Other than that, very good print quality and great value.

I was able to insert this and go, no problems. Our Neopost provider warned that buying an ink replacement cartridge online would not be good quality and it would dry out faster. Time will tell, but as of right now it is working great.

When I came to work for a small non-profit company, I was SHOCKED at how much NEOPOST charges for ink cartridges. I found emerald recycling on Amazon and gave them a try because they had the best reviews of all the "knock off" cartridges. We are on our 3rd cartridge and have had no issues. They work just as good, and last just as long as the Neopost brand.
