Appearance: Love the teal color! Very pretty. Durability: Made it through one big trip so far - no issues. Ease of pulling around: Top notch. I LOADED this bag up and was able to pull around a crowded city with bumpy streets with zero issues. It was a smooth glide for sure! My husband took pity on me and how much weight I had packed in that suitcase and we switched. After a block, I took mine back because of how much smoother the glide was on my suitcase. Zipper closure: Great! No issues. Weight: Light! I definitely recommend this set. The mid-size is great for longer weekend trips when a carry on size just won't do!

I’ve had these less than two years. I loved them at first. They looked great and seemed to be good quality. I’ve taken two largest bag on two trips. It was not holding up after the first (wheels were sticking and the bag was only 35 lbs), and now after the second, it’s nearly unusable. The wheels don’t work properly and it’s a pain to pull. I use the smaller carryon several times per year. In the last few trips, the bumper trim pieces started falling off and the stitching was pulling loose. Today, mid-trip, the handle broke - it pulled out of the mechanism and cannot be fixed, nor can it be used. I’m so disappointed. Total waste of money.

Like that these expand & sturdier than hard shell!! Well made, no problems with zippers, seams after few trips so far! Will update if problems develop!

I bought this 3 piece SwissGear Sion set for a long distance trip. I used the large and medium sized pieces for the trip and left the carry-on at home. I packed for a 5-week trip. I flew from North Carolina to Sydney NSW with both pieces check luggage. The flight was 3 legs with two stops/change of jets. The luggage was easy to pack and easy to transport. The large piece fully packed weighed 40 lbs and the medium piece 35 lbs, both under the 50 lb airline limit. The luggage arrived in great condition with no damage. The luggage was transported to two different locations in NSW over 5 days. Then I flew to Perth WA for a 3 day stay before flying to Bali for a 5 day stay. Then I flew back to Sydney NSW for an overnight stay. That was 3 more flights and once again the luggage held up great. Then embarked on a 15-day cruise to New Zealand and back to Sydney NSW for 1 day before the flight back to the US. Souvenirs added to the weight of the luggage but still came in below the 50 lb airline limit. The flight was 3 legs with two stops/change of jets. The luggage endured 9 flights, a cruise and numerous Uber rides and it is in great shape.

I can’t believe the HORRIBLE quality of these suitcases!!! We purchased 2 complete sets - $1000+ 2.5 years ago. We have used this luggage only 3 times. The wheels no longer roll properly and it is IMPOSSIBLE to maneuver them with ease. One of the suitcases is literally coming apart at the seams in several areas. Trying to contact Swiss Gear has been a joke. When we first used the luggage it was impressive. But then…….. If anyone from Swiss Gear reads this, for the love of GOD can someone please contact me! The next step will be contacting the better business bureau and posting on Facebook and X (twitter) We have purchased Swiss gear items many times over the years, which is what lead us to purchasing this particular luggage - 2 complete sets of it. At this time, due to non-existent customer service and a less than satisfactory product (we would give it a zero rating if we could) we strongly recommend to other potential customers that you quickly skip Swiss Gear and choose another brand. VERY DISAPPOINTED and feeling ripped off at this time.

Very disappointing longevity. A little over a year later and the largest bag is now missing a handle. Customer support is non-existent. I have had a victorinox bag since graduating hs in 2002. When it was finally time to retire my bag, I decided to stick with the Swiss gear company. I went with this collection because even though I only wanted to replace one bag, I thought having a variety of sizes would be ideal. I cherished and cared for these bags and hardly let the wheels touch the ground unless it was a long walk. I loved the color, the features, and the wheels. They seemed to be sturdy and economic. I was able to sometimes only use the smaller two bags if we were going on a short trip. I never overpacked them or threw them around recklessly. I only used them for travel when I was driving. I don't like to fly, so I would never trust my bags to be checked in at an airport without expecting damage. These bags came with a supposed five-year warranty, but the website says 10. I bought these in 2024 and am well within those timeframes. While coming home from my Christmas trip, my husband was handing me the largest bag, which only had clothing in it. As I was reaching for it, the rivet in the picture failed and the handle is now removed from the bag. Thinking this would be an easy RMA, I reached out to the company, following their rma process and providing details and images. I have tried following up with them after the estimated wait time and nobody responds. I have sent several emails to their customer service department, including my RMA number asking for any information and still no response. I can see how this is my fault for expecting quality items in exchange for money and loyalty. /s

Had eerder een handbagage koffer van dit merk en die is 10 jaar met intensief gebruik meegegaan. Deze zien er ook weer robuust uit.

Wunderschön und super leicht zu rollen. Ganz, ganz toll!!!!! Tolle Farbe, Tolle Verarbeitung… aber … Leider löst sich jetzt nach nur einem Jahr und zweimal benutzen eine Naht ganz unschön auf 😞 Sehr schade

La maleta de muy buena calidad y acabados muy bonitos, pero no me llegó el set me llegó una sola maleta, hice la devolución para poder pedir nuevo el set y volvió a llegar una sola maleta. NO fue problema de paquetería, ellos recibieron la orden del paquete correcta, pero no se envió el set completo
