The listing for these lamps shows "outdoor," which is why i purchased. the box they came in says "indoor lights." are they suitable for outdoor use?

These 2 table lamps are USB rechargeable. You could place them outdoor after fully charged. But if it's raining outside, it's best to bring them indoor

how long does it take to charge?

I've never timed the charging, but my guess is within a few hours. I usually plug mine in before I go to bed, and it's charged in the morning. You will love these lights. I use one for 'ambient' light in my bathroom in the evenings. I keep the second one charged for backup. They look so nice and are very simple to use. (keep charged and great for power outages too!)

How many lumens? How bright?

I don’t know the lumens but on the brightest setting it’s super bright, definitely enough to read by!

can the bulbs be replaced?

I don't think so. There is no information in the User Manual about bulb replacement and the bulbs do not seem to unscrew. I suspect the bulbs last a very long time. I've only had my UBright Lamps a few weeks, and I love them. They look lovely. Good to have for power outage too. They run about 15 hrs on the low setting before needing a charge.
