Would this be suitable to use as a curtain rail for holding a heavy door curtain?

Yes it will be fine, the pole is very sturdy and is screwed in so gives extra security, this will easily hold a heavy door curtain.

Does this come with middle rail holder bracket?

The stock bit with the loop wasn't included.. Just held at both end by those 2 cup parts..

If my wardrobe measures 110cm wide. What size would be best to get? As i know the less the pole extends the stronger it is? What size is recommended?

I'm trying to do a diy walk in closet and the measurement i need is 99.3cm, do you think the 60 - 100cm will be okay?

Allowing for the end caps it should be ok, if you have a piece wood cut it to length and see how it sits, if you feel its a bit short fix some would to the walls, 2inch x 1inch, will do ok, cut it long enough so you can secure it to the wall first then cut the rod to fit. Hope this helps.
