Its about 5.2" square and 5.5" high. Fits perfectly over a cube box of tissue.

Does the tissue holder match the soap dispenser because the online pics look like they are a different shade?

Its close enough to look matched, but what you need to watch out for is the size of the pump - if it breaks- its hit or miss on finding the replacement ( I purchased a few soap dispensers, then moved and 4 pumps broke, so I reordered 4, from 2 different companies, and only 2 fit.....
