Lifetime Warranty!
Budget ear buds does the Job 2.5 year Update: Licensed clumsy person here. Ended up running over one of my new ear bud replacements with my car. (I tend to drop earbuds everywhere and loose them for a period of time🤦) At this point I decided not to bother the company for a replacement due to my ridiculous nature. I can't get the single pairs to link up to one another BUT I am able to charge them in any charge bank simultaneously. I just have to click all "T17" names at once till one connects to my Bluetooth and just use one ear bud at a time which I've done anyhow in the past. Two year Update: So it's official I'm clumsy. I left the replacement pair in a pant pocket. I accidentally put my full weight into my foot and stepped on the ear bud while changing clothes. The ear hook broke off, signal got messed up (though later this fixed itself but it would fall out of ear without the hook). Contacted the company again and happy to say they came in clutch and replaced them. By the way, These earbuds have a lifetime warranty. Can't go wrong with trusting a company who will work with you, easy to contact, and will save you money in the end especially if your a clumsy person like me who can't afford to replace earbuds when budgeting. One year update: I've contacted the company when I started having issues with the charger bank and earbuds due mostly to (accidental drops/repeated accidental washes) Thankfully they were able to replace them and so happy with their their customer service! I've accidentally washed these earbuds before. One time a wash messed up one bud sound quality but corrected itself after leaving it alone in the charging bank for a few days. Both buds are still going strong. Wearablity: Won't fall out of ear but if wearing a facemask the buds entangle with the mask (one time accidentally sent a earbud flying at someone when untangling). I wear glasses and they don't get in the way except when paired with Glasses+mask+earbud= Entanglement Battery life: I tested the battery life while I used to work at a job site on a 5 day 24hr basis, by the 5th day the bank would need charging (I use one ear bud for each time I used them). Battery life is good, one bud will last a full day with spaced out use. Got into the routine of giving a bud a break and switch out buds in late afternoon/pre evening. I've taken these on a 3 day trip and a 2 day camp trip and never had to worry about charging the actual battery charge bank. Sound quality: Is ok, if using high volume sometimes (depending on song quality as well) the music may distort a tad and garble lightly but I like a medium low level anyways so its not an issue. Pairing: I've been able to pair my 2 Android phones fairly easily with these buds, but sometimes pairing can be stubborn so I just pop em back into the charger bank and start over OR turning the ear bud off then back on, usually it corrects this way. 2 year Update on noise cancellation: These come in handy when at the library while there are loud people talking nearby or hearing someone loudly speaking on their cell phone in the next study room over. (Both earbuds in, irration replaced by good study music) Is actually too great and should be taken into account. When I have one ear bud in and the volume is loud enough I tend to miss out on someone trying to talk to me, so i like the volume med low so that way i at least have some awareness of my surroundings especially when out on a walk with my dog. I am able to hear my music while vacuuming on the highest volume though keep in mind that this can damage your hearing overtime if doing so on a constant high volume basis. Avoid using while driving, the noise cancelling feature won't let you hear sirens from emergency vehicles.

Everything I'm looking for, good value
Overview – Long lasting, good sound, good mic, wireless charging, everything I’m looking for and no downside. Background – I wear earbuds almost all day, whether I’m listening to audio books, podcasts, or calling into work meetings. I wanted something that clipped over-the-ear instead of just sticking in place because I sometimes wear them while mountain biking, and I’m worried they’ll fall out and get lost/broken. I wanted wireless charging and a long battery life. Pros – Always works. I’ve had this product a few years now (on a 2nd pair) and never needed to replace it due to a functionality issue. (I lost one ear bud when I dropped the case. Thus the “2nd pair”). Feels comfortable enough to wear all day Battery lasts 6-8 hours of constant use. Case recharges them very quickly. Case charger uses USB C and can also be charged wirelessly. I love this combo because in the past the charger port is usually the failure point on my devices, and USB C or wireless seem to be the best solution. Sound is good. I can’t say I’m an expert on sound quality for music, etc. But for meetings and speech, I have no issues. Others can also hear me clearly when I talk, which has been an issue with other devices. Cons – It’s a small con, but I wish the case snapped shut or was held together slightly better. Everytime the case drops to the floor, you can just count on the earbuds popping out. I don’t think these are overpriced, but there are much lower cost options if those meet your needs. Final Thoughts – These are my go-to ear buds if I ever need to replace, them I’ll re-order the same product.

Good value and great quality
I've bought about 6 of these over the years. I have a bad habit of losing earbuds into excavations, bore shafts, and to tall grass, so I was looking for something cheap enough I wouldn't mind rebuying them. Despite the price, the sound and mic quality is great, they fit most ear sizes really well, and the case screen showing battery life is awesome. One star lost due to a weird recurring issue I've had occasionally - the earbuds are retained via magnet, but the bluetooth disconnects upon the earbud making contact with the charging pins. Over time, those pins seem to wear down and won't always contact, or get jostled free. It's jarring to be using another bluetooth device (or no device) and having one of the earbuds in the case hijack your phone.

Best Overall Earbuds After 1+ Years of Use -- Great Value and Price!
I ordered two pairs over a year ago and have found these to be the best overall earbuds in terms of comfort, battery life and sound/call quality. I've tried various other retail and amazon brands in the earbud products but the occiam product has been as good or better than many of the pricier/"name-brand" devices. I have issues with most earbuds as I cannot stand the feeling of stuffiness/pressure when most earbuds are worn, but I don't experience that sensation when wearing these. They are very adjustable in that regards, with the earhook plus inclusion of multiple sizes of ear cushions. So I can push them in deeper to get better sound/volume or worn loosely and still very comfortably and securely. They also work well independently -- which means that there is not a left/right dominant pair in terms of use. You do lose the ability to manage the previous/next track (L pair - Previous/R pair - Next) if used individually, but otherwise, you can do everything else, control volume, take/end/reject calls, play/pause, and power. Battery life is phenomenal overall, but combined with the individual use, staggered charging, battery/charge case, it's basically non-stop. Now if you could keep somehow from losing one of the pair, these would be perfect! As a family, we now own 3 pairs of these, plus I'm still using the 1 that I lost the matching pair to still. I don't normally use noise cancelling, so the lack of active noise cancellation is not an issue for me, and I did give these a middling mark for that. There is some passive noise cancellation, since, they do have the earbud/cushion design and can be inserted snuggly into the ear canal. I don't know about their lifetime warranty (they have their own that you can register for on their site) as I've had no issue with them, but at least for now, that's more of a plus than a minus.

Love it
Works good. For the money I paid, definitely worth it. Quality of the product is good. Does not hurt when it's on. Very durable.

I was going to put 3 stars, but…
The headphones have good sound quality, and you can hear some decent bass. Although, after 3 months of constant everyday use for work, school, and working out, the right side earbud started to turn on and off repeatedly. Some days, it turned on, other days, it didn’t want to work. Overall, the headphones are 4.5/5 stars, but, then the right side stopped working and it got me annoyed. So I decided to do something about it. I contacted their customer support, and they went from 3/5 overall, to 5/5!!! They contacted me back within the day, which is rare to see sellers respond so fast, AND, they offered steps to try and fix them. When you try them, and in the rare event that they don’t work still, they OFFER A REPLACEMENT!! Not many sellers do this, and the fact that they did this without me asking was INCREDIBLE. 5/5 best sellers I’ve encountered. Pros -Good sound -Ear hook -In-Case charge display -Clean mids and clear highs -Decent bass -Good noise cancellation(good enough for me not to hear anyone yell in a car) -Easy to Pair -Fantastic customer service and replacement services! (Best selling point here) -Earbuds don’t fall out when dropped -VERY DURABLE. -Lasts 5hrs on loudest settings -Fast charging Cons -one side may stop working after a couple months, but replacement can be requested easily. -May not be good enough for bass heads like myself Who are these for? These headphones are PERFECT for people who just want daily use headphones for car rides, walks, work, school, maybe some gym time. They are comfortable enough to wear for long periods of time and they’re overall perfect for the average person who wants good quality headphones that won’t break the bank.

Updated: wish I had returned them.
(Update) one light fall from about head height to a bench that was knee high was enough to break the over-ear arm off of one of the earbuds. And because they are some sort of silicone or rubber, neither epoxy or CA Glue with activator spray would hold. Just releases from that material like there was no glue at all. So they are completely unrepairable. Ok, so I moved them to my bed side table to use with my tablet late at night when I don't want to wake the Mrs. Well they still BARELY keep a connection to the base to turn off and charge. I have to keep something sandwiched in the case to help hold them down to the contacts. These were the worst earbuds I've ever used. I bought a completely different set from another brand but still in the $20-30 range and those are amazing. I've been using them daily for the past year without any trouble. If I knew then, what I know now, I would have returned (or never even bought) these. (Original review) I'll start by saying these are my first "true wireless" earbuds, as I was upgrading from my previous BT set that still has the wire between left and right. So I dont have any experience with any other high end true wireless buds to compare to. At first, I really liked these. They are inexpensive (even cheaper for me because I bought them on Amazon prime day), light weight and good sound quality. Over the past month since I bought them I have liked them a bit less and less. First off, they tend to drop every now and then. It's always a quick second or two. Sometimes left ear, sometimes right, sometimes both. It's always a quick drop and I don't have to do anything to reconnect. But it is annoying. And it seems worse when I'm out running. It could be my old galaxy s8+ I'm connected to and maybe a newer phone would have a more stable connection. But I didn't have any drops with my old BT set. Next, when laying back (like doing situps or bench press) they slip loose from my ears. They don't fall, but out enough to drastically affect sound quality. Next, sometimes the volume buttons simply don't work. I end up having to either dock and undock or manually off/on 3 to 5 times in a row and finally the volume buttons work again. Lastly and most importantly, the charging case and connectors. There are instructions that came with it telling you if you have charging issues, to clean the contacts with isopropyl alcohol. Well I was surprised to be having charging issues less than a month in. When they are removed from the charging case, they automatically turn on. Well since the connectors were having issues, I found that while in my house my phone was connected to the earbuds that are in the closed case in my gym bag. I finally got a chance to clean the contacts today and they seem better, but I REALLY had to scrub them. And even scrape one contact with my knife. I almost feel like I need to pack a little thing of iso in my gym bag to clean them after each use. Also the connectors in the case itself are spring loaded pins. Well one of the pins is stuck recessed in. Doesn't SEEM to be causing a problem because that side still charges when put in. But it's annoying that there is just something else wrong. Summary: They were cheap enough and ok enough that I'll probably keep them rather than returning them. But if I could go back and do it again, I'd probably look for another, more respected brand.

This is a good wireless earbud system for my computer.
I got this earbud system mainly for listening to my computer when others are around. I found the earbuds to be good, but not great. They provide good sound quality and will last all day when fully charged. They fit into a charging unit that will take several hours to charge them up again. I found the instructions to not be very helpful but it is easy to figure out the basic functionality of the unit. There is a little bar to push to turn the unit on and then it will pair with the computer's Bluetooth system. I can wander around the house and listen to music or videos nearly everywhere throughout my somewhat large house. After a few minutes of usage, these buds are very comfortable and you forget they are in the ear. I have gone to bed with the buds in my ear which I feel when my ear lays against the pillow. All in all, they are good buds and in my opinion worth the price. You can pay a lot more but most users would not notice a difference with more expensive systems.
