I let it steep for about 3 minutes. I usually add a good quality green tea to mine and use a little less of this tea in each tea cup Makes it perfect. I kept getting tea at the local hibachi grill and couldn't figure out the exact kind bc they kept saying *green tea so I went on a 2 month hunt. I'm obsessed with this brand

unhealthy processing ruined ingredients
If you are concerned with health, dont buy this. I just opened the package and it smelled like chemicals. There is a warning on it that it contains a cancer causing ingredient due to high temperature roasting. I have had genmaicha many times in my life, it smells wonderful. This does not. it is lifeless and does not give me the feeling of being a healthy tea whatsoever.
