I have notice a decrease in weight since I started taking Raspberry ketone . I work in the medical field therefore I know how to access my body daily for changes . I did notice a change in my skin . My skin became dry and scaly . I did monitor myself for fluid output . I drink lots of water to make sure I don't become dehydrated . My skin is looking less dry and scaly . I give it a number 3 rating because the company does not tell you exactly how much ( in miligrams ) to take daily . It just states twice daily .Where is the 250mg line on the dropper ? There is none . Therefore , I take two times per day a complete full suction of a dropper . The dropper does not have measuring lines to tell how much 250 mg is . Is it one dropper full or a bottle full .To be safe if you have limited medical knowledge , you probably should consult with your doctor . The product works , so far as losing weight . Your body weight is 70% water . You need to know what precautions to take . If the company was more specific I would rate a 5 . Otherwise I like it . It is helping me to get control of myself and get to where I want to go . Afterward , I will take charge .

I really bought this supplement as a trial, so I had no expectations. Also, since I know everyone's chemistry is different, I figured either it works for me or it doesn't. As far as weight loss goes, I didn't feel that this does the job. However, I really don't have much weight to lose (my husband says none, I say 5 -10 lbs) and I already exercise regularly so I probably wouldn't see a huge difference compared to someone who may be looking to lose more. The one thing I did notice is that this product definitely kept me energized and not in a "I've had way too much caffeine" kind of way. The energy was more subtle but made me feel much more focused at work, so even if there wasn't a significant amount of weight lost I definitely appreciate the energy levels that it provides.

I ordered another form of this product in a pill form from Amazon, which I loved but I had to take it multiple times a day to experience any benefits. Then I started removing the capsule and using it that way- which worked better, but got kind of messy. This product goes into your bloodstream immediately and I felt an overall sense of well being and my appetite is suppressed. The need for snacking throughout the day is gone, and when I tried to do it anyway (being a stress eater) I had trouble trying to eat because I wasn't hungry. Actual meal times are no problem, I eat fine- just less because I get full quicker than I used to. The reason for the 4 stars is because the directions aren't clear and concise, and the ambiguity of them leaves it up to the consumer to possibly use more than they should- which is a shame because this product is 2oz. I started using it once a day to see how I felt, now I'm up to twice a day. I've lost weight but I don't keep track, I let my clothes be the judge.

I bought this hoping to lose a few pounds. While it made me more conscience of what I was eating and when, I don't think the drops really had anything to do with my appetite or supressing it.When I took it in the morning then my tummy started rumbling later, I noticed I made smarter eating decisions BECAUSE I wanted to lose a few pounds. If I didn't take it, I just ate whatever.Bottomline, I think it's a placebo effect or the whole "mind over matter" thing! Good luck to whomever tries it though. I don't think it was worth thirty bucks, maybe fifteen.

The purchase and delivery was very quick so that was the 2 stars. I took some today and I am not sure how I really feel, I was actually tired so I would have to say this did not give me any type of energy. The TASTE: AWFUL, tastes nothing like any raspberry I've had in my life. I am quite surprised some ppl here have said the taste is nice. I could not say if it was easier than the pills since I have never tried them. Anyway, not everyone has the same taste buds I suppose. Maybe I will try a different manufacturer in order to give "RASPBERRY KETONES" a fare chance. but for now I have two bottles of this stuff to take, once I finish, I will give an UPDATE.

This product works great and boosting the metabolism I find getting the right dosage is tricky. Perhaps a better way to administer it would make it totally perfect and not so tentative. I suggest you buy this product if you're trying to lose weight and boost your metabolism. Works great with the hCG diet. I'm adding to this product because it is exceptionally good, and I've lost 20 pounds while using it it's absolutely great!!! I highly recommend it. I am adding this is an addition to my original review. I've also added the 5th star after continued use.
