I started taking this product about 2 months ago, taking 1 capsule to start. Almost immediately I did begin feeling some brief “shooting pains” in different parts of my body that I attributed to the product working, as other reviewers described. I was taking the product for circulation boosting and blood pressure management. Completely unexpectedly, fairly severe lower back pain that I’d been doing daily TENS treatments for completely disappeared. My 30 year back pain vanished; I have no idea why this product would do that, but it did, as I made no other changes to my lifestyle. I even quit doing the TENS treatments entirely. Unfortunately, though, this product worked almost “too well” at boosting my circulation. I began experiencing within days what seemed like a POUNDING heartbeat, which provoked some anxiety as I felt like I was having a heart attack or something. It was a very unpleasant feeling to feel your heart pounding and racing all of the time. I also note the product had no appreciable impact on my blood pressure during the 2 months I took it. Therefore, it was with some regret, but I had to cease using this product due the pounding racing heart feelings. I note only one other reviewer noted similar result, so this may not happen to you, and I do overall recommend the product. I am still hell bent on finding Natto that works for me, and I have switched to freeze dried Natto powder that I put in a smoothie, and which does not trigger the pounding heart. But the back pain is back! Sigh. Overall I’m going to rate this product highly because I cannot deny the way it got my blood moving!

So, I had a piece of plaque release about 6 months ago. Started doing all the good things; but this…after 4 days there was a bloop bloop and it was like a dam let go. I could feel the blood flow to my brain. (Yay! You don’t really realize how much blood flow you’re losing….If you start feeling dumb…..lol). Even if you don’t have a problem, I’d probably take it a few times a year just to stay healthy. Trust me, it’s nothing to play with. A stitch in time…and it’s cheaper than copay. Happy Thanksgiving!

I've been taking this for 11 days. I hoped to feel less aching in my legs when I walk. I'm pleased that as of this morning's walk, I have no aches at all. This tells me the arteries and veins are being cleaned and blood flow is being restored. More time is needed to see if the good result is maintained, but so far, so good.
