Hard to find in stores. Used to remove cooked on food on a ceramic top stove. Gently removed with no scratches. Good product.

Awesome for polishing chrome on Harley
The image speaks for itself. There was a patch on the crash bar that cannot be removed with normal polish or even micro abrasive chrome polish. Only took me 30 sec to remove it with this steel wool and without scratches.

This product did not impress me at first, but after I used it to remove the rust from my old dustbin, it looked brand new and was scratch-free. This steel comes to mind whenever I see something that needs some TLC or has rust on it.

The Homax Grade #0000 Steel Wool is an excellent product and worked perfectly for fine finishing, polishing, and restoration projects. The ultra-fine grade is ideal for delicate work where you want smooth results without damaging surfaces. I used these pads for woodworking, furniture restoration, metal polishing, and cleaning glass surfaces, and they performed exceptionally well across every application. The steel wool is soft enough for detailed finishing work but still durable and effective for removing buildup, polishing finishes, and smoothing surfaces.
