These are my all-time favorite peppers.
I love these peppers. I know heat is subjective, but I can take and eat any pepper from a mild serrano to a scorching carolina reaper. These peppers have a 100-200k heat but unlike any Habanero varieties the heat doesn't linger but it is nice and sharp. I sometimes put them in my chili whole. One of my friends at work claimed it blinded him temporarily like a tiny atomic bomb. Great on anything that needs heat and they're fresh enough to get the unique spicy slightly smokey chiltepin flavor. Highly recommended.

In my humble opinion the best flavor of all hot peppers
This is a medium hot pepper that has a superb flavor. I grind them up in a coffee grinder sift them through a strainer and put them in a spice jar. My favorite hot pepper of all and I have many of them!

Superb heat and flavor.
I have ordered 8 oz twice. Nice to have a place to get these little babies because their hard to find. I grind them in a coffe grinder and put them in a shaker. They go on almost everything and they are crazy hot!!! Careful or you can ruin a dish if you add too much. Best dried chili’s I have ever had I’m hooked forever.

Rancid mixed in with unripe
These chilies were rancid a bunch of them were still green and some were brown and rotten.
