Hello, 4allfamily Upgraded medicine cooler would hold 2-3 Emgality pens. Best, 4allfamily customer care ❤

How many Trulicity pens with end caps can it hold?

Hello, 4allfamily Medicine Cooler Travel Case , Upgraded model would hold 3 trulicity pens with the usb lid and 3 with biogel only method if inserted in a smart way, one in normal position and the other one upside down. We hope the information is helpful. Best, 4allfamily customer care ❤

Does it come with a powerbank? The temperature display is only on the usb lid or also in the lid used with the biogel?

Hello Dany, Thanks for your question! A powerbank is not included with none of our products. The temperature display is available only at the top of the USB - Lid. If you're skeptic about the performance of our coolers and their abilities to keep medicines cold, please rest assured that all our portable coolers for medicines have been pretested at the laboratory, and the products’ cooling performances are accurate and reliable. (the customers reviews can prove it) Hope this helps! Best Wishes, 4ALLFAMILY TEAM

The explorer model says that the power cable should not be used for more than 4 day. Is there a time limit on cable usage for this product?

Hello, Thank you for your question, we hope you are doing well! That is correct, after 4 days of nonstop usage, our USB-POWERED coolers need to be turned off for 15-20 minutes in order to prolong the product's life expectancy and assure optimal performance. We hope this helps! Warm regards, 4ALLFAMILY TEAM
