Do I need to order a relocation bracket? if so which one? thx

I have a 2007 Jeep JK with no lift and mine went on without a relocation bracket.

Will this fix death wobble? FCA says the damper is the problem.

If you have death wobble your ball joints, tiered ends trackball ujoints are probally shot. I would replace the ball joints and tiered ends first. These steering stabilizers do NOTHING for death wobble.

Is this an OEM replacement? If not, does it come with the hardware?

It is not OEM as OEM would be a part from Mopar. This part is made by Teraflex, an aftermarket accesorie company that specializes in jeep products. Yes it comes with all the hardware.

Well worth the money

Great product. Installed it on my 89 xj. Clear instructions, great quality and was a quick install. I replaced this part along with ball joints to fix my death wobble issues. The steering wheel doesn’t wander anymore and turning characteristics feel firmer. Came with a sticker sheet with multiple stickers!
