This collar already broke. The clip mechanism fell right apart.

I'm hoping it can be refunded or replaced.

Clasp broke within a month

I ordered this and put it on my dog maybe a week later when her “do not pet” patches came in. Within 3 weeks I came home and went to take her out and the collar came off on the leash. Lo and behold clasp was broken. I did not take it on and off it’s just broke.
