Where are both of the attachment points for the shoulder strap? I'm concerned about the balance point.

The top clip is located just below the carry handle and the bottom clip is located right above the mesh pocket. There are four D-rings and the shoulder strap can be switched on either the left or right side of the bag depending upon what shoulder you prefer to carry the bag across.

Does a modern driver stay put in this without falling out while waking?

Yes. I use the bag at the driving range and on par 3 courses. I have carried it with a driver, fairway wood, 2 irons, a wedge, and a putter (and my putter is a long armlock model). 6 clubs is about the max you can comfortably fit in the bag, but I have had no problems with clubs falling out.

Where are these made?

As there is no tag inside that says, "made in the USA" I can only assume China or somewhere outside the country.

Great bag when you only need a few clubs.

Love this bag. If I am going to the range and want to focus on a few clubs, I do not have to drag my entire bag with me. Throw a few in here and off to the range. Fantastic for use on our par 3 course. Holds 5 clubs and a putter comfortably. Also use it occasionally when I am walking nine holes. Plenty of pockets for phone, wallet, tees, balls etc.. And a pocket for keeping drinks cold. Super lightweight and the stand feature is great - no need to throw the bag on the ground. Stand is strong and sturdy. Easy to carry with either the handle or strap. Like is so much, I bought a second one for a friend of mine.

Big enough

Perfect Sunday bag big enough for five or six clubs, stand kicks out easily, strap is comfortable. The pockets are sufficient for a few balls and tees and the necessities that one needs to carry for golfing.
