Works great, I just wish it had a little more traction on the metal.

This is very slippery. Couldn't use it with shoes or socks. It's fine if you go barefoot. After maybe 30 or so uses, the screw popped out and it collapsed with me on top. Didn't get hurt but it was scary. Also, those edges are pretty sharp.

With athletic shoes on, my feet grip the board readily. Adjustable height is excellent. Strong construction that I am certain will make this product hold up for the rest of my life. Not shown in the photo is a rubber pad that fits beneath the slant board to protect your lovely wooden floors.

My husband and i have found great relief in leg musculosketetal problems and my plantar fasciitis .Worked with the ortho doc and chiropractor first and he suggested this several times per day .We use it daily now , several times per day to prevent problems, now that they have healed!!!

I thought it look convenient when I bought it, but it was too slippery to stand on. Dangerous too with sharp metal edges.

In my opinion it is lighter than the wooden ones so it's easy to transport. Makes calf stretching super easy

I love it! It gives me a great stretch!

Excellent product. Very sturdy and easy to use. I do some heavy squatting and this beats the heck out of a 2x4.
