I’m just a girl….
I set this up in less than 30 mins AND IT WORKS. I’m no plumber (you don’t have to be) so I’m surprised. I went the easy route and only have the hot water set up. I live in an older home duplex and let’s say taking the easy set up was worth it. I only have hot water (In the photo you can see I only set it up to the hot water. it’s a bit crowded in the photo, sorry!) but I’d rather have that than flood my very small bathroom (turn off the valve things under the sink! I laughed at myself for that small oopsie but quickly recovered). So far so good with it still working since setup in October when I purchased it. Self cleaning feature is so smart-thank you company! The instructions and YouTube made it super easy and now I feel luxurious in my low budget (but low rent!) apartment #blessedbooty

I would buy again
I love having a bidet and have them in both bathrooms. This one is easy to attach and I like the warm and cold option. I bought one for another home we had but just got the cold option. If you are in a colder climate, you will definitely want the warm and cold option.

Absolute necessity!
I used an actual bidet many years ago, once before so i was a bit skeptical. This is my 1st bidet attachment and I'm beyond satisfied. I can't believe I've gone all those years without one!...I thought the cold water was gonna be uncomfortable but it's actual sort of refreshing. I haven't hooked up the hot water yet but I will eventually. I am NOT mechanically inclined AT ALL but this is a good product and easy to install.

Best value and quality for hot water connectivity
The best bidet I could find that had good hot water connection without costing a fortune. It didn’t take long to set up and the hot water works. Granted it’s not the same pressure as the cold water but it gets the job done because you rarely need to use the full pressure anyways The only problem I had was the hot water line it came with was not long enough to connect to my sink so I had to get a 10ft hot water line which was only 10 bucks.

Best Bidet for the Money
One of the best bidets I have seen for the money. I really like that it can be hooked up to both hot and cold water. My kids - who got me to get a bidet - are jealous. They paid more and/or got less. My only complaint is that the main control knob turns hard. But with my massive steel-like grip, I can turn it as required; but I’m not convinced someone that had a more normal grip would be able to turn it.

Bidet works great, but check all the parts before hooking up
I bought two of these hot and cold the day attachments. I returned one of them before I even opened it because I realized that the hot hookup was not in a convenient spot to attach to the the day. Definitely make sure you determine that before purchasing one that offers hot is an option as it's cheaper to buy one that is only cold water if that is the only option you have. That being said, I did keep one that I was able to hook up to the hot water line. Everything went fine with hooking up the cold water line no drips or anything. When it came to the hot water hook up, there was leaks and dripping immediately. We turned off the water and tried to determine what the issue was use plumbers tape and kept trying to figure out how to tighten it. My husband and I are both handy people and have done multiple projects at home. We're not contractor level or even repairman level but this was definitely within our wheelhouse and probably most people would be able to do this with no issue. It might just take a little longer for some people than others depending on your level of experience with do-it-yourself projects. We had to hire a repair man to come over and determine that the issue was not our skill level but the rubber ring gasket inside of the piece that twists onto the water line was not smooth and seated correctly. I have attached a picture showing you what the rubber gasket ring looks like. If you haven't seen one you may think that this is okay but the little rough edges cause gaps which allow for a constant leak. This was a brand new setup and this is a pretty significant imperfection because it cost us $75 to figure this out. He was able to take the gasket out of the cap for plugging off the hot water if you weren't going to be using that option. He did let us know that this has been an issue for other products that folks have ordered that require being hooked up to your water line. Be sure you know what the quality of the product is that you're buying whether it's a bidet or something else overseas. Luckily the other gasket was smooth and sat perfectly fine in the cap otherwise we may have had issues trying to find one this size at a hardware store. I don't think this is only an issue for this brand so whatever brand you go with the first thing I would do is pull the little rubber gasket out and see if it's smooth and sets well in the cap. The bidet itself works perfectly fine, the water pressure is fine and it's easy to understand how to use if you've never had of a day before.

Perfect fix to my bidet issues
I had ordered a different bidet originally, but it would not fit my toilet correctly. The nozzle protruded an inch and a half into the inside of the toilet seat. I scanned around Amazon and came across this one with excellent reviews. I placed the order and the bidet was at my work location in two days. As I’m installing the bidet I found out that the cold water hose is meant for a standard toilet. Not a toilet on a ship. The hot water hose ran perfectly to my sink, so I emailed customer service. After I explained my situation they immediately and without request, sent the parts I needed to run the cold water hose from the sink as well. They had to ship it to my home, which is fine, I’m heading home this week anyway and can bring the parts back next hitch. I was able to put together a makeshift hose in the mean time just to test the bidet out. And it’s fabulous. Water temp mixture was perfect, spray pressure was easily adjustable and I really like the fact that you can manually aim the nozzle with a toggle type switch. My wife hates the other bidet I have at home because it has an arm that unintentionally actuates the bidet in the middle of the night when she goes to the restroom….. Which can be very intrusive if you don’t know it’s coming. I told her about this one and she insists I get another to replace the bidet at home. Another awesome selling point is that you do not need the big seat risers for this unit. It’s body is slim enough to fit between the seat and the toilet without the need for the risers. This bidet is priced right, works well, fits correctly and has the sellers backing 100% I am extremely happy with the purchase and with the customer service experience.

Can’t be installed on Austalia
One star because I am unable to rate the product. I could not get it installed in Australia.

Good purchase
This bidet is perfect. We had purchased one earlier from another retailer, and it was broken in a few months. I like that the controls are close, rather than out further from the toilet, which was the case with the first one we had. So far, very pleased with this purchase, and would recommend without question

Best thing Iv spent my money on in a long time.
It was a bit of a pain to fit we needed a few extra adapters ect but once it’s working it’s brilliant! The pressure is so strong even on the lowest setting and I feel so fresh and clean now. Definitely recommend.

Brilliant
I can’t get the hoses to fit anywhere they should as my bathroom seems like ‘jack’ built it but that’s not the bidets fault. I’m hoping to get some advice from a plumber and be able to adapt it somehow/have it fitted. The seller was very helpful and replied straight away to my queries, they have issued a refund which I’m very grateful for and were so apologetic when it’s not their fault my bathroom is fitted in such a way that nothing is accessible. The bidet looks great and I can’t wait to be able to use it. I highly recommend it as I’m sure most people have a normal bathroom and can get round the problems I ran into, I did feed water through it by attaching it to the end of my shower hose and holding it in place with my thumb over the open water hole and adding pressure to see if it works and it does work well so again I do recommend the bidet.
